Mid-City i+Lofts

The Mid-City i+Lofts is a 26 unit building which will feature 25 one bedroom lofts and 1 two bedroom loft. Every loft will have GE Stainless Steel profile appliances, built in washer/dryer combinations, wood flooring, and Vola fixtures, just to name a few. Our residents will enjoy high speed Wi-fi, built in Dolby 8.1 surround sound speakers with built in iPod docks, Apple tvs and iPod/ iPhone docks and cloud storage for movies, music and software. This newly renovated, luxury complex is complete with lush landscaping with water fountains, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue grills and bar, picnic tables, and outdoor sofas and chairs. Physical health is important to our residents, which is why we have Basketball, Handball, Tetherball and Bocce Ball Courts, and Misting H2O fans by common areas for them to enjoy the outside and well as the inside of their homes.
